HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC equipment and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Test system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• EPA certification preferred or required depending on role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and on-site.
