Our platform connects skilled technical professionals (Job Seekers) with hiring companies (Employers) looking to fill software development, engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, data science, and design roles.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify TechnicalJobBoard support immediately.

Employers are solely responsible for the job listings they post on TechnicalJobBoard. You agree that you will not post inaccurate, false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings. Every post must represent a genuine, open position for a technical or design role.

Furthermore, employers agree to:

• Respect the privacy and personal data of job seekers.
• Not solicit payments or fees from job seekers as a condition of application or employment.
• Provide clear and accurate details regarding the required technical stacks, experience, and benefits.
• Abide by all relevant local, national, and international labor laws.

Job seekers are permitted to create profiles and upload technical resumes. By submitting a resume or profile details, you represent that all information provided is accurate and represents your true professional history and technical skills.

You agree that:

• Your applications are made in good faith with active intent to pursue the role.
• You will not misrepresent your experience or credentials to match required job stacks.
• You will not use the platform to solicit employers for non-job related services or products.

TechnicalJobBoard does not employ or represent the candidates applying, nor does it represent the hiring employers. We serve as a matching ecosystem. Consequently, we are not responsible for the outcome of any interview, hiring process, or subsequent employment contract.

In no event shall TechnicalJobBoard be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
